Opentaps Ecommerce

Opentaps is a direct derivative of the Ofbiz framework on Apache Open for Business. Its functions include eCommerce, Point-of-Sales, inventory, warehouse, order, customer management and general ledger. It also offers built-in business intelligence tools and mobility integration, including with Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, and mobile phones.

The ecommerce module can be used as a standalone ecommerce system. If the user is looking for the whole package, the ecommerce module can be set to interface and exchange data with the POS, the inventory module and any other module/s in the ERP and CRM system.

Serenus has successfully leveraged the ecommerce system and had brought in several custom features such a reward points management, loyalty program, referral points sytem and several other customizations over the basic installation.
